Mark P. Kingston
President and CEO

As the President and CEO of ARGUS Software, Mark is responsible for growing revenues, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening the company’s brand and customer relationships. Mark joined ARGUS Software in 2003 as Vice President and General Manager of ARGUS Software. In 2004, he assumed additional responsibilities including the management of strategy and operations for ARGUS Software's industry-leading financial analysis products, including ARGUS Valuation - DCF, ARGUS Asset Management and ARGUS Property Budget . Prior to ARGUS Software, Mark served in sales, marketing, operations and executive management positions for Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Physicians Resource Group, Izoic, EC Outlook. He holds a BS in Math and Physics from Mount Union College and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

Lyn Garland Chief Financial Officer

Lyn Garland joined ARGUS Software in June 2007 and oversees ARGUS global finance, accounting, treasury and tax functions. Ms. Garland is Certified Public Accountants (Texas) with 20 years of professional experience in public accounting and industry with hands-on experience with building and reorganizing corporate accounting and financial reporting functions. Ms. Garland's work experience, prior to joining ARGUS, includes, from 2004 to 2007, leading efforts in Sarbanes Oxley implementation and ERP system migration at Exterran (formerly Universal Compression), a $1.0 billion international manufacturing and oilfield services company. From 2002-2004, Ms Garland was the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Pioneer Companies Inc, a $400 million North American chemical manufacturing company. Prior to Pioneer, Ms. Garland held positions with responsibilities in treasury and financial planning at Pantellos, a $100 million funded e-commerce start-up; financial and SEC reporting with Paracelsus Healthcare, a $600 million multi-location hospital company; and financial planning and analysis at Compaq Computer, a $18.0 billion technology and systems manufacturer. Ms. Garland was with Arthur Andersen from 1988-1996.

Pius Leung, CCIM, MRICS, CPM, CIPS
Managing Director, Americas

Pius K. Leung serves as the General Manager/Senior Vice President – Americas region of ARGUS Software, Inc. In addition, Leung oversees education initiatives within the company. Prior to joining ARGUS in December 2006, he was the founder and president of Charter Equity, Inc., a full service real estate investment company for fifteen years. In 2005, Leung served as the 39th president of the CCIM Institute and the first ever president of the CCIM Institute born outside the US. He is a faculty member of the CCIM Institute, NAR CIPS Network, and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as visiting professor at the School of International Trade and Economics at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. He has trained real estate professionals around the world in countries such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Mexico, Korea, Japan and China. Pius has an Honorary Doctor of Finance from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.

Demetrios Louziotis SVP, ARGUS Global Real Estate Solutions Group

In his role as the Senior Vice President of the ARGUS Global Real Estate Solutions Group, Demetrios Louziotis, Jr. brings over 25 years of real estate and finance experience, nearly half of which in global markets. Prior to joining Argus, he was a director with Credit Suisse in New York and Tokyo. During his tenure with Credit Suisse, Louziotis founded the firm's International Real Estate Pricing Group, and went on to manage the Domestic Real Estate Pricing Group as well. The groups were responsible for analyzing the bank's existing debt and equity real estate investments. He was also a global member of Credit Suisse's real estate investment and new business committees, and founded the Global Private Equity Pricing Group. Louziotis joined Credit Suisse from Price Waterhouse's Valuation and Advisory Services Group where he was a manager and involved in a wide range of consulting, transaction support and corporate real estate engagements. He holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Connecticut with a minor in real estate, and an M.S. in real estate with a minor in international business from Penn State University. Louziotis holds the CRE, FRICS and MAI designation and was an adjunct faculty member in New York University's real estate masters program teaching international real estate for ten years.

Bruce Kellogg, MAI, FRICS
SVP, Research and Industry Relations

Bruce Kellogg is charged with advancing ARGUS Software’s industry relations and business development initiatives. Kellogg comes to ARGUS Software after having served terms as the president and immediate past president of the US-based Appraisal Institute and is arguably one of the most notable figures in the US appraisal industry today. His lengthy career has included posts at top firms such as Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis. Bruce has traveled the world speaking on topics related to standards and the appraisal profession and regularly participates in global standards committees including OSCRE and PISCES.

Jennifer Brenner Andrade
SVP, Marketing

Jennifer oversees all marketing efforts for the Financial Analysis division, including market research, events and trade shows, lead generation, industry partnerships, promotions and public and media relations. She also manages ARGUS Software’s corporate marketing and public relations tasks. Jennifer brings extensive knowledge of the real estate industry from her previous career as a journalist. Jennifer has published over 1,000 articles on the commercial real estate industry. Previous positions include Senior Researcher, Managing Editor of a large corporate web site. She has been a correspondent for GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Forum, GRID and Executive Decision magazines, and has published a series of columns centred around marketing. Jennifer holds a BA in History from Brigham Young University.

Robert Simmons
SVP, MIS-IT

As the Vice President of MIS/IT, Robert is responsible for the underlying technology and systems that support both the tactical and strategic goals that power ARGUS Software. Robert joined ARGUS Financial Software (a predecessor to ARGUS Software) in 1999 in the development group, working in the area of product testing, test automation, product install builds, and programming. Robert’s career includes a position with WesternGeco (formerly Western Geophysical) as a seismic offshore processing crew supervisor. Robert graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a BS degree in Biochemical Engineering and a second bachelor’s degree in Economics.

John Lim

As the Senior Vice President of Operations, John is responsible for developing operational efficiencies within the company as well as managing the client support, training, university program and client services departments within the financial analysis group. Additionally, John has been tasked with developing ARGUS Software's infrastructure and operational strategies in emerging markets. John has been with the company since 1996 and possesses an in depth knowledge of the products and business processes of the company. John holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas.

Paul Broadley BSc
Managing Director, Europe

As General Manager, Paul is responsible for overseeing the European region for ARGUS Software.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of Commercial Property Software, Paul formerly held the position of IT Director for the core team that shaped the successful European software company, Circle software. He directed the development of the groundbreaking valuation system Visual Investor, now rebranded as ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation, and most recently, ARGUS Development - Budget.
When Circle Software merged with ARGUS in 2006, Paul took on the role of Director of Software Development and was instrumental in the integration of the worldwide development team and strategy.
Paul has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow.

David Robinson
Development Director, ARGUS Developer

David Robinson serves as the Development Director for ARGUS Developer. Based in the London office, he joined the company in 1994. During his time here, he gained solid real estate knowledge through his involvement with a wide range of clients at all stages of the sales and support process.
David was charged with the responsibility of rewriting the established DOS Developer program in Windows with the aim of providing a consistent, easy to use interface. In 2003, he developed the new Finance and Advanced Finance modules which have been one of the major enhancements of the program to date.
At present, he is responsible for the ongoing programming management of the ARGUS Developer product.

Soh Har Pang
Managing Director, Asia Pacific

Soh Har Pang is tasked with the growth, operations and development of the Asia-Pacific region. She manages the activities in this region from ARGUS Software’s offices in Singapore. During her tenure with the company, Soh Har has served in product and project management, operations and sales, and project engineering positions for the Asia region. She has led the charge to develop a significant foothold in the local commercial real estate industry. Soh Har graduated with honors from Nanyang Technological University, earning a BS degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. She has obtained an MBA from the Nanyang Fellows Programme in collaboration with the MIT's Sloan Fellows Program.

Patrick Ng
SVP, Operations, Asia Pacific

As Vice President of Operations for the Asia-Pacific region, Patrick’s responsibilities include business development, channel management and general operations in the Asia Pacific region, and is currently leading a team of developers and consultants in the Singapore office. Patrick is also responsible for developing new and emerging markets such as Korea, China, Middle-East and India. During his tenure with ARGUS Software, Patrick has served as a Product Manager for the communication solutions business and the real estate solutions team. Patrick graduated with honors from the University of Glasgow, earning a BS degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and holds a diploma in Information Technology Security.
