The first commercial real estate condominium to be designed by MissoniHome will be created in Manila, Philippines, according to a report from Century Properties Group.
The property, Acqua Livingstone, will be built for approximately $315 million. The idea to build it was created when the first three Acqua properties were completely sold out, according to the report. In total, the building is planned to have 645 units, which are between 27 and 140 square meters. Each includes one to three bedrooms.
"MissoniHome is known for creating its own style that reflects a celebration of life … Our brand is an experience of happiness, excitement, beauty, creativity,style and elegance," said Vittorio Missoni, marketing director and shareholder of Missoni S.p.A.
Tenants will have the option to have their dwellings designed by MissoniHome, according to the report. The building will also have an area called The Canopy, which has event rooms, a gym, business center, spa, dance area, pool, library and a barbecue area.
One bedroom units will cost approximately $82,000. Missoni is primarily known as an Italian knitwear designer.
